VENDOR INFORMATION/ RULES & REGULATIONS/WAIVER FORM/VENDOR APPLICATION

Welcome to the "3rd Annual Gateway Arch Riverfront Corvette Show." Again, this event is held at the Gateway Arch Riverfront (Downtown-St. Louis), 707 N. First Street, St. Louis, MO 63102.

In 2010, this event drew approximately 300 corvettes and 2,000 visitors and tourists.

In 2011, this event drew approximately 365 corvettes and 2,500 visitors and tourists.

Many corvette clubs (Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Ohio, Oklahoma, Alabama, Illinois, Georgia, Kansas City, and Missouri) attended this event.

For vendors, this is a two-day event. (A limited number of spaces are available).

 INFORMATION ABOUT THE CORVETTE SHOW - (2012):

The Corvette Show will be held on Saturday August 25, 2012. The Corvette Show begins at 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. For more information about this event, please visit the STL NIGHT RIDERS CORVETTE Club’s website:  (www.stlnightriders.com)

LOCATION:

Vendors will be located on the eastside of North Lenore K. Sullivan Street at the Gateway Arch Riverfront (same side as the Mississippi River). Tables and tents will be set-up on the sidewalks and curb areas. The pavement is concrete. (Be prepared)

NAMES (S) ON REGISTRATION:

Only the vendor listed on the application will be allowed to display his/her merchandise/product/service, if approved. If you choose to share a vendor space, each vendor must complete a separate application. Each vendor must provide a description and a photograph of his/her merchandise/product/service. Vendors must note this information on the vendor application.

Merchandise/product/service must be approved before applications are accepted. Consumables cannot be given away without prior approval.

All vendors are required to sign the “Vendor Information/Rules & Regulations Form”, “Waiver Form”, and “Vendor Application.” The above documents, along with a photograph of the vendor’s merchandise/product/service and booth space fee must be received before booth spaces are assigned.

If approved, applications must be present and visible at the Corvette Show at all times.

No refunds: (Rain or Shine)

HOURS:

• Exhibit Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Vendor Set-up time: 7:30 a.m.

*(Vendors must check in at the “Vendor’s Registration Booth. This booth will be located on the center stage at the Gateway Arch Riverfront on North Lenore K. Sullivan Street near the American Flag Pole directly below the Gateway Arch)*

• No vehicles (personal vehicles or trucks or motorcycles, etc…)  are allowed to park on  North Lenore K. Sullivan Street (eastside or westside) between Washington Avenue and Poplar Street, unless unloading/loading. Vendors will park their vehicles on the south end of South Lenore K. Sullivan Street on the westside and parking is free to vendors only. Also, there are parking lots and garages available in the area.

• If a vehicle (car/truck/motorcycle) is considered part of your display at the Corvette Show, vendor’s application must be approved and accepted before a vehicle is displayed.

PRICE FOR BOOTH SPACE: $300.00

*Checks must be cleared at the bank before booth spaces are assigned*

BOOTH SPACES: (Limited number of spaces available. Spaces will be issued once the  application is received, approved, and completed)

• Vendors 10 x 10 space

• Vendors 10 x 20 space

*Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth space clean and free of litter*

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Vendors must provide all canopies, tables, and chairs. We will not have any available to rent.

• There is no electricity or water available for craft booths.
• You must provide all signage for booth (Generators are allowed, but must be approved)
  

LOAD-IN-INSTRUCTIONS:

• A map of the Gateway Arch Riverfront, vendors booths/locations, and loading instructions will be mailed to vendors at the end of June
